At Royal Candles New Zealand, we take pride in creating handcrafted candles that are as unique as the homes they brighten.
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, meaning no two candles are exactly alike. Please note that natural variations are part of the charm of our products, and slight differences from photos may occur.
When using natural waxes, it is common to see frosting, cracks, or wet spots—these are natural characteristics and do not affect the performance or quality of your candle.

Damaged Orders
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at royalcandlesnz@gmail.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted products, Royal Candles New Zealand does not provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements in the following cases:
- You change your mind.
- You don’t like the scent chosen.
- You ordered the wrong product.
- You failed to meet pickup timeframes.
- Your order was unclaimed and/or returned.
- The product was damaged due to misuse or poor placement.
We also take no responsibility for damage caused by improper use or placement of our products.
