At Royal Candles New Zealand, we ensure all candles and wax products are carefully packed to provide suitable protection during transit. However, please note that shipping is conducted at the buyer’s risk.
Liability for Damaged or Lost Items
Royal Candles New Zealand is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. Once your order is handed over to NZ Post, it is beyond our control. If your items are damaged or lost, please contact NZ Post directly to file a claim.
Shipping Information
- Shipping Location: We currently ship NZ-wide only using express signed shipping.
- Processing & Tracking: Once your order has been processed and packed, tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Shipping Timeframe: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
